Centum Electronics board recommends dividend
Date: 26-05-2012Centum Electronics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2012,has recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share on the paid up share capital of the Company.
It has been decided to convene the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company on August 03, 2012 and the payment of the dividend shall be made on August 29, 2012, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
