Religare Enterprises board allots equity Shares under ESOS
Date: 26-05-2012Religare Enterprises has informed that the Share Allotment Committee at its meeting held on May 25, 2012 allotted 4,000 Equity Shares of the Company on exercise of stock options under the Religare Enterprises Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS). The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post ESOP allotment is 14,93,68,553 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs 1,49,36,85,530.
