Compucom Software board recommends dividend at 15%

Compucom Software has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 26, 2012, has recommended dividend at the rate of 15% i.e. Rs 0.30 paise per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.
