Videocon Industries board recommends dividend

Videocon Industries has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 26, 2012, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share for the financial year ended on December 31, 2011, for the consideration and declaration by the members at the ensuing annual general meeting.
