Jagran Prakashan board recommends final dividend

Jagran Prakashan has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 26, 2012,  has recommended final dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity share of Rs 2 each  on the paid up equity share capital of the company.
