Menon Bearings board recommends dividend payment
Date: 28-05-2012Menon Bearings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2012,has recommended the payment of dividend at the rate of Rs. 2.75 per Equity Share of Rs. 5 for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
