Gujarat NRE Coke reports net loss of Rs 45.51 crore in Q4

Gujarat NRE Coke has reported a net loss of Rs 45.51 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to net profit of Rs 51.64 crore for the same quarter previous year. Total income has decreased by 28.19% to Rs 330.42 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 460.15 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2012, the company has reported a fall of 96.99% in its net profit to Rs 3.09 crore as compared to Rs 102.65 crore for the previous year. Moreover, the company’s total income has decreased by 13.95% to Rs 1372.18 crore for the year from Rs 1594.71 crore in the previous year.
