Rushil Décor board recommends final dividend

Rushil Decor has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 26, 2012, has recommended final dividend at 5% i.e. Re 0.50 per equity share on 1,44,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.
