Moschip Semiconductor Technology has informed that the compensation committee of the company in its meeting held by circulation effective May 28, 2012, has granted 900,000 stock options to the director and eligible employee of MosChip Semiconductor Technology, USA (wholly owned subsidiary) under the MosChip Stock Option Plan-2008 at a price of Rs 10.05 per option. These options will vest after completion of one year, equally in a span of 2 years from the date of grant, and can be exercised within 5 years from the date of vesting.
