Indusind Bank fixes book closure for dividend payment

Indusind Bank has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the bank will remain closed from July 07, 2012 to July 17, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend and 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank to be held on July 17, 2012. The dividend shall be paid out by July 20, 2012.
