Bharat Forge board recommends final dividend
Date: 28-05-2012Bharat Forge has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2012,recommend a final Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- Per equity Share (125%), subject to approval of shareholders, in addition to interim dividend paid of Rs. 1.50. (75%), totaling to Rs. 4.00 (200%) for the year.
