Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries has informed that the Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on Friday, May 26, 2017, has allotted 3,000 equity shares of the Company of Re 1 each, on exercise of stock options under the Sun Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2015; 12,000 equity shares of the Company of Re 1 each, to Sun Pharma ESOP Trust for further allocation to the employees on exercise of stock options from time to time under Sun Employee Stock Option Plan-2015. Accordingly, post the above allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 2,399,306,181 divided into 2,399,306,181 equity shares of Re1 each.
