DQ Entertainment reports marginal rise in Q4 net profit

DQ Entertainment (International) has reported results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.

The company’s net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012 rose 3.03% to Rs 10.53 crore as compared to Rs 10.22 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The total income has increased by 30.74% to Rs 70.47 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 53.90 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2012, the company’s net profit zoomed by 101.66% to Rs 26.80 crore as compared to Rs 13.29 crore for the previous year. The company’s total income has increased by 8.44% to Rs 275.05 crore for the year from Rs 253.65 crore in the previous year.
