Surana Industries constitutes allotment committee

Surana Industries has informed that the company’s board of directors at their meeting held on May 28, 2012, has constituted an allotment committee for allotment of securities. The allotment committee shall comprise of V M Swami as whole time director, Krishna Udupa as director projects and V Aranganathan as director (finance & accounts).
