Central Bank of India fixes book closure

Central Bank of India has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the bank will remain closed from June 23, 2012 to June 27, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 5th annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank to be held on June 27, 2012. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on July 11, 2012 subject to approval of Government of India and declaration by shareholders.
