Date: 29-05-2012Surana Industries has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 06, 2012 to July 10, 2012 for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 10, 2012.The dividend, if declared at the said AGM, will be paid on and from July 14, 2012 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same.
