Adf Foods board recommends dividend

Adf Foods has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2012, has recommended a dividend at the rate of Re. 1.5 per share subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on August 08, 2012. The Dividend payment date will be on or before September 03, 2012.
