Polyplex Corporation board recommends dividend

Polyplex Corporation has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 29, 2012, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs 4 per share (of the face value of Rs 10 each) for the financial year 2011-12, which is subject to declaration by the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting.
