Genesys International Corporation has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 29, 2012, have proposed, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting a dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity share of Rs 5 each (25%). The dividend if approved at the annual general meeting will be credited/ dispatched on or before September 24, 2012.
