Cinemax India’s company secretary resigns

Cinemax India has informed that pursuant to scheme of arrangement for demerger for exhibition business of Cinemax Properties Limited (CPL) approved by the High Court of Bombay, all the employees of CPL shall be transferred to transferee company i.e. Cinemax Exhibition India Limited and accordingly  Jatin J Shah has resigned from the post of company secretary and compliance officer and Rashmi J Shah have joined the company as the company secretary and compliance officer with effect from May 24, 2012.
