Persistent Systems has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 and will continue on Friday, July 21, 2017, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. The exact date of Board Meeting is being discussed and will be accordingly intimated to your office in due course. In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the decisions taken by the Board of Directors on Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company from time to time, they wish to inform that the Trading Window will remain closed from Saturday, June 24, 2017 to Sunday, July 23, 2017.  The Trading Window will re-open from Monday, July 24, 2017 unless communicated otherwise. The Company has already communicated well before time about the said closure to its Promoter, Board of Directors and Designated Persons.
