Bharat Gears board recommends final dividend

Bharat Gears has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has recommended final dividend at the rate of Rs 1.80 per equity share of the company for the financial year 2011-2012 which subject to the approval of shareholders, will be paid on or before August 24, 2012.
