Amrutanjan Health Care board recommends final dividend

Amrutanjan Health Care has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per share on the Equity Shares of the Company subject to approval of the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
