NRB Bearings board declares dividend

NRB Bearings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has declared dividend at the rate of Rs. 2.00 per equity share of Rs. 2 each payable to members as per Register of Members and approved investment in the Joint Venture, NRB IBC Bearings, for manufacture of super precision bearings.
