Wheels India board recommends final dividend

Wheels India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, recommended a final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2012 at Rs 6/- (60%) per equity share of Rs 10/- each, for payment to the shareholders whose names stand on the Register of Members as on the date of Fifty Third Annual General Meeting.
