Nitesh Estates launches Rs 425 crore villa project in Bangalore

Nitesh Estates, Real estate developer has launched its new project namely Nitesh Napa Valley at Bangalore. The project will generate revenues of about Rs 425 crore.

The said project comprises of 133 state of the art modern villas designed by a Californian Architecture firm, will be executed by Nitesh Housing Developers, a subsidiary of Nitesh Estates. The project will be completed within 36 months.

Nitesh Estates is in the business of real estate development and is primarily engaged in the development of residential projects in Bangalore. It is also developing a hospitality project in Bangalore, a residential and an office project in Kochi.
