Banaras Beads board recommends final dividend

Banaras Beads has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has recommended final dividend at the rate of 15% on equity share capital (Rs. 1.50 per share) for the FY 2011-12 (payable after approval of Members in Annual General Meeting).
