Sayaji Hotels board appoints nominee director

Sayaji Hotels has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, considered and approved Karthik B. Athreya, (nominee of Clearnater Capital Partners (Cyprus) has been appointed as a nominee director in place of Aswini Sahoo with effect from May 08, 2012.

Further the board transferred five Barbeque-Nation Restaurants to the subsidiary i.e. Barbeque-Nation Hospitality .The postal ballot Notice conducted the Postal Ballot process for seeking approval u/s 372A for providing Loan, making investment, providing guarantee and security to other body corporate.
