Numeric Power Systems has informed that R Venkataraghavan, director of the company, has resigned from the company as member of the board. The board of directors has accepted the resignation with effect from May 30, 2012.

As per the requirements of business transfer agreement between the company and Novateur Electrical & Digital Systems Private (Legrand Group), A Balan and K V Nachiappan, directors of the company, have resigned from the company as members of the board. The board of directors has accepted the resignation with effect from May 30, 2012.
