KIC Metaliks board approves to increase authorised Share Capital

KIC Metaliks has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has considered, approved and subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company an increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 50 crores to Rs. 75 crores.

Further the board appointed of Mr. Barun Kumar Singh as the Executive Director of the Company and approval of the remuneration payable to him and accepts resignation of P. C. Sahoo as Director of the Company. The board approved and adopted the Audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2012.
