Panasonic Home Appliances defers discussions on financial results to June 06 meeting

Panasonic Home Appliances India Company has informed that Audit Committee could not conclude its discussions on the financial results at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, it decided to defer further discussion on this subject and adjourned the meeting to June 06, 2012.

Further the board considered that Audit Committee could not conclude its discussions in respect of the annual financial statements, the Board of Directors also decided to adjourn its meeting held from May 30, 2012 to June 06, 2012 to consider and approve the audited annual financial statements.
