Saksoft has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Friday, 30th June, 2017 has approved the proposal to acquire the balance 24% (last tranche acquisition) of equity stake in 360 logica subject to compliance of all the legal formalities. Post- acquisition of the above equity stake in 360logica by Saksoft, 360 logica will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. As per the Boards approval, Aditya Krishna, Chairman & MD and Nirajkumar Ganeriwala, CFO are severally authorized to undertake the acquisition of further 24% equity stake in 360logica on or before 10th July, 2017. The required information under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations.
