Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ‘Adani International Terminals’ (AITPL) on June 30, 2017. AITPL has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary at Republic of Singapore, for its business purpose. AITPL belongs to Port Sector and yet to commence its business operations.

APSEZ is part of Adani Group with businesses spanning coal trading, coal mining, oil & gas exploration, ports, multi-modal logistics, power generation & transmission and gas distribution. APSEZ represents a large network of ports with India’s largest Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Mundra.
