GKB Ophthalmics board passes dividend

GKB Ophthalmics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has decided to pass over the dividend for the year 2011-12.

Further the board appointed Savari Muthu I., as Cost Accountant under Rule (5) of Companies {Cost Accounting Record) Rules, 2011, to certify the Compliance Report of the Cost Accounts of the Company.
