Evinix Accessories board rejects the audited financial results

Evinix Accessories has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has taken decisions on non-Approval on the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter & year ended on March 31, 2012 as Company's Statutory Auditors did not sign the same for certain reasons. As a result, these accounts could not be placed before the Board for approval in this meeting and could not be submitted to the Stock Exchanges.

Further the board holds the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company on July 04, 2012, at 11.00 A.M. at Faridabad for replacement of Statutory Auditors of the Company.
