Dr Wellmans Homeopathic Laboratory seeks approval of members

Dr Wellmans Homeopathic Laboratory has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 31, 2012, has discussed and approved the postal ballot under section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 for seeking approval of the members of the company for the change of name of company to 'Trinity League India Limited' that is already available to the company vide letter dated May 23, 2012 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana, alteration of main objects clause in the memorandum of association of company, applying for the certificate of commencement of business u/s 149 (2A) of the Companies Act, 1956, re-issuing of 591,200 forfeited partly-paid equity shares and increasing  authorized share capital of the company to Rs 11,00,00,000 divided into 1,10,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Further the board appointed Deepak Sharma, practicing company secretary, Delhi, as scrutinizer for conducting postal ballot, approved the calendar of events for postal ballot, authorized Devinder Kumar Jain, chairman & managing director of the company for carrying out the postal ballot and other connected matters and delisting of securities from Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE) & Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (ASE).
