Goldstone Technologies appoints additional directors

Goldstone Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, have approved the appointment of Clinton Travis Caddell and Ponnapula Sanjeeva Parthasarathy, as additional directors of the Company with immediate effect and accepted the resignation of S. D. Rama Krishna, as managing director and also director of the Company with effect from closing hours of June 30, 2012.
