Hubtown has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from September 14, 2012 to September 21, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 24th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on September 21, 2012. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be credited / dispatched on September 24, 2012.
