Wheels India announces book closure

Wheels India has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2012 to August 14, 2012 for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 14, 2012.The final dividend recommend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before September 10, 2012.
