Oxford Industries has informed that, the required information / details regarding sale/auction of Company’s assets by the lead bank under SARFAESI Act are still awaited from the Lead Bank, the Board Meeting to be held on May 30, 2012 to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2012 will now be held on June 15, 2012.
