K Sera Sera trades higher as its subsidiary opens Miniplex at Kurla

K Sera Sera is currently trading at Rs. 2.91, up by 0.05 points or 1.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 2.86 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2.91 and Rs. 2.90 respectively. So far 2050 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 15.09 on 16-Aug-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.05 on 04-Jan-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3.03 and Rs. 2.51 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 59.47 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.88% and 36.38% stake in the company, respectively.

Film production and distribution firm K Sera Sera’s subsidiary -- K Sera Sera Miniplex -- has inaugurated its Kurla Miniplex at Kohinoor City Mall in Kurla (West), Mumbai.

The Miniplex comprises 3 screens having a capacity of 75 seats, 75 seats and 30 seats respectively. The theatre will also be used to conduct virtual E-education classes in the non-movie hours.
