Axis Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 8,250 equity shares of Rs 2 each on 10.07.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 4,794,337,418 (2,397,168,709 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 4,794,353,918 (2,397,176,959 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
