Arihant Superstructures board allot equity shares

Arihant Superstructures has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2012, has taken the decisions pursuant to the approval of stock exchange, the designated stock exchange, for the basis of allotment of the rights issue of equity Shares of the Company, have allotted 1,37,19,997 Equity Shares. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 4,11,59,991 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 41,15,99,910.
