Bank of Baroda’s executive director ceases

Bank of Baroda has informed that N S Srinath, executive director of the bank, ceased to be director on the board of the bank with effect from June 01, 2012 consequent upon his superannuation.

Further, the board appointed Srinath as executive director of the bank with effect from December 07, 2009 by the Central Government under section 9(3)(a) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970.
