CRISIL firms up on inking share purchase pact with UK-based Coalition Development

CRISIL is currently trading at Rs 1068.95, up by 4.85 points or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs 1064.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 1057.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1073.50 and Rs 1057.60 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Re 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 1261.80 on 28-May-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs 680.00 on 28-Jun-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1261.80 and Rs 1052.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 7506.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.11% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.47% and 19.41% respectively.

CRISIL has entered into an agreement to buy entire equity shares of UK-based Coalition Development along with its subsidiary (Coalition).
