Monsanto India announces book closure
Date: 01-06-2012Monsanto India has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 24, 2012 to July 26, 2012 for the purpose of payment of final dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on August 03, 2012. The final dividend, if declared at the annual general meeting, will be paid to the shareholders on or after August 03, 2012.
