Bajaj Finance has received an approval for issue of securities for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 4,500 crore through a qualified institutions placement (QIP) to qualified institutional buyers (QIB). The board of directors at its meeting held on July 19, 2017 has approved for the same.

The above will be subject to approval of the shareholders, and in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended, and related matters thereto.
