Comfort Intech board declares dividend

Comfort Intech has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has declared the dividend at the rate of 2% i.e. Rs. 0.02 per share on the paid up capital of the company in the annual general meeting.

Further the board has reviewed the routine operational activities of the company and affirms their satisfaction over the operations of the Company.
