Mphasis has reported Audited results for the quarter ended April 30, 2012.

The Company’s net profit after tax for the second quarter ended April 30, 2012 dipped by 34% at Rs 144.73 crore as compared to Rs 219.29 crore for the quarter ended April 30, 2011. Company’s total income has increased by 3.08% to Rs 901.53 crore for the quarter from Rs 874.59 crore for the April quarter of the previous year.

On consolidated basis, the Group’s net profit after tax for the April quarter, 2012 dipped by 12.83% at Rs 189.43 crore as compared to Rs 217.32 crore for the corresponding of the previous fiscal. Group’s total income has increased by 4.76% to Rs 1369.44 crore for the quarter from Rs 1307.20 crore for the April quarter, 2011.
