Artefact Projects reports 69.12% rise in Q4 net profit

Artefact Projects has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.

On the standalone basis, the company has posted a rise of 69.12% in its net profit at Rs 1.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 0.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income has decreased by 2.21% at Rs 4.86 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 4.97 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.

For the full year ended March 31, 2012 the company has posted a rise of 15.03% in its net profit at Rs 1.76 crore as compared to Rs  1.53 crore for the same period in the previous year.  However, total income has decreased by 11.17% at Rs 17.18 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 19.34 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.

For the full year ended March 31, 2012, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 124.37 % in its net profit at Rs 3.59 crore as compared to Rs 1.60 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income has increased by 52.32% at Rs 29.81 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 19.57 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
